Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Conference May 5th

"NorthWest Senior and Disability Services will present a conference May 5 in Salem for people raising their grandchildren. The free conference, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, is open to grandparents who live in Marion, Polk, Clatsop, Tillamook and Yamhill counties. It will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 4227 Lone Oak Road SE. Sessions will cover legal guardianship and adoption, resolving misbehavior and building self-esteem, and healthy choices.
